Testimonial - I was very sceptical about ordering from Royal Habanos due to their very low pricing but wanted to give them a try. My box of Partagas P's arrived and I made the mistake of not letting them settle and acclimatize in my humidor for a few days before smoking one. My usual supplier sends vacuum sealed boxes which can be smoked right away, although are better with a little age of course. Being impatient to try one, the first cigar I smoked was straight out of the box and my first impressions were that these were low quality as the taste was so mild and not pleasant at all. However, after a few days resting in my humidor, they changed completely and they now taste as they should - delicious! No doubt the taste will continue to improve with time and should be left to settle for a minimum of 3 days before smoking.

Sure...

I ordered some cigars from a new to me vendor..
Royal Habanos......
The quality of the cigars was absolutely incredible..
very uniform color, very nice clean outer wrapper, the first inch and 1/2 of ash had to be forced off the stick..
it had a very even burn down to the end...
Just wonderful...
I ordered these cigars with a little trepidation as I had not heard very much of Royal Habanos..
I noticed they had quite a web presence..but not very many people knew of them..(or many that I knew anyway)
I made my order online ..
the following day I get a call from the customer service department.
Melissa .....(truly a sweet kind person)
to verify my order and let me know that my order had shipped..
IN 48 hours I am smoking !!!!
These cigars came from COSTA RICA
I AM IN CALIFORNIA............2 DAYS !!!!!!!!!!
I have trouble getting US cigar vendors to get my sticks with in a week to ten days if I am lucky...
unless of course I pay at least another $25 for faster shipping...
Am I going to use Royal Habanos again???

I have completed a total of 3 orders with Royal Habanos over the past few months. I have received 1st class service first from Jacqueline and now Melissa. I have not had to wait more than 1 week to receive my orders which arrived in excellent condition. On the one occasion an order was not shipped a complete refund was given (it was for my own protection). Quality of the cigars is first rate. If you looking for a place to purchase Cuban cigars, look no further than Royal Habanos and give Melissa a call. You will not regret it.

I have been ordering from Royal Habanos for approximately 3 years after seeing their website advertised in a cigar house in Havanna. I have found the quality of their cigars to be impeccable, always being delivered in mint condition. Orders are handled efficiently and delivery is very prompt. The service has been outstanding, staff are warm and approachable with excellent English skills. They are also knowledgeable, being able to offer advice on differing products. I would highly recommend the company and would suggest you sign up to their mailing as their special offers are very good indeed.

En Enero de 2009 conocí por primera vez a ROYAL HABANOS.
Estaba buscando información en Internet sobre cigarros habanos, cuando encontré la web de royalhabanos.com.
Me pareció que ofrecían una buena información sobre las más importantes marcas de cigarros cubanos, indicando las principales características de cada cigarro.
Otro dato importante era que los precios parecían ser adecuados.
No me gusta realizar compras por Internet, así que me lo pensé un par de días y al final decidí hacer un pedido de prueba para ver como resultaba.
A los seis días de realizar el pedido recibí mis cigarros en mi domicilio y la calidad era excelente, estaban en buen estado de humedad y eran realmente frescos.
Después de esta primera vez he realizado cuatro ó cinco pedidos mas y siempre he recibido la mercancía correcta y puntualmente, la calidad de los cigarros es muy buena y la atención del personal de ROYAL HABANOS siempre ha sido muy amable y atenta.
Si ROYAL HABANOS sigue manteniendo la misma calidad y servicio a un precio adecuado, será mi suministrador de cigarros por mucho tiempo.

My experience with Royal Habanos has been excellent to date. Placed my order via phone and the representative was both courteous and professional taking time to answer all of my questions. My cigars arrived within days and were fresh, authentic and in good condition. The original boxes arrived about 10 days later. Am very happy with Royal Habanos and will use them in the future.

I am writing to express my pleasure in dealing with Royal Habanos. I have dealt with many vendors in this business over the years but I now deal exclusively with Royal Habanos. Their cigars come within 5 days of my order, they are fresh and extremely well wrapped. I have rarely if ever lost one of the sticks due to damage from being bounced around. My experience has been excellent. I had an issue in February where gremlins intercepted a package and it disappeared. Royal Habanos promptly replaced the package and I was smoking in no time. I strongly endorse this company I can tell you that in purchasing product, trust is paramount. In an industry rife with counterfeit merchandise, I can say with 100% certainty that every item I have received has been authentic and consistent with what I have had in other parts of the world.

As soon as I learned about Royal Habanos I start ordering from them and the cigars are just perfect, their taste, draw, burn...everything.....
