How can I be sure that I will be totally satisfied?

Royal Habanos supplies 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In case you are not satisfied with the reception conditions or with the quality of your cigars, you only have to send them back and once we have received the cuban cigars in original box, we will send you another box or we will refund your money.

How long will it take for my cigars to arrive?

Your package will arrive to your location in approximately 5-7 days ( Worldwide delivery ). We usually ship your cuban cigars either on the same day we receive your order or the day after. If there is going to be a delay in shipping because we are out of stock for example we will contact you and give you the option to cancel.

What type of credit card you can accept?

We are accepting Visa, American Express and JCB cards.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost (Worldwide) is $17. We are using the EMS Courier to ship the packages. We provide free shipping only under promotion. The Free Shipping of our Cuban Cigars Not is aplicable for Canada or Asiatic orders. Please call us to inquire about shipping cost.

Can you send the cigars by FedEx?

Yes, we can send the cigars by FedEx (applicable to all countries except to USA). The shipping cost will be of USD $50.00 to Canada and USD $100.00 to Asia. (Costs are per box). Please inquiry on shipping cost via FedEx to any other country.

Can you make me an invoice with a lower price than the original to avoid pay taxes or pay fewer taxes?

Yes, Royal Habanos usually make this for customers who are living in countries where the taxes are very high. For this you have to give us the price you wish to appear in the invoice and how much is the weight of each cigar, from 2-5 grams (Optional). And we will make an invoice and we will put it inside the package.

How much taxes I will have to pay in my country?

It depends where you live, but usually there is approximately $40 per box. In the majority of the cases the package will pass the customs and you will not have to pay taxes.

Do you have a wholesale price?

Yes, if you buy more than 20 boxes we will give you our wholesale price.
